Order processing usually is about 2-3 days. Shipping works throughout Warsaw.

ATTENTION: The Christmas tree may differ slightly from the photos on the website, because it is handmade. Colors to be agreed. Please indicate the details in the "Order Notes" or contact the shop.

Delivery and payment

Delivery is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sundays 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

Same-day delivery is possible if the order is placed and confirmed before 6:00 PM.

Delivery time slots:

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Extra hours: Delivery during these hours is subject to a double fee.
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Extra hours: Delivery during these hours is subject to a double fee.
