Delivery further from Zone 2 – negotiated individually with the administrator.
If you do not need delivery, you can always pick up your order at ours

We send products made of artificial materials, eternal roses, and dried flowers all over Poland by domestic courier DPD, Inpost – PLN 27.
Bloom Flowers – is not responsible in such cases as:
– the recipient is not at the given delivery address.
– the recipient refused to accept the order.
– the recipient was not present on the indicated delivery date.
In such cases, your order is returned to the store. You have the option to pick up your order within 24 hours of a failed delivery. For an additional courier fee, we can deliver the parcel again for the next day. In case of refusal to re-deliver and not pick up the order within 24 hours – the costs are not refundable, as the company has borne the full costs.
With the consent of the recipient, the parcel may be left by courier in another place: at the building security, the neighbor’s door, at the door of the apartment. In this case, Bloom Flowers is not responsible if the shipment disappears or something happens with it.
